2. Cash on delivery - pay directly to the store.
3. You can add your own favourite store if it is not already present. All you need to do is Click on the Add New Store icon on the top right, fill up the store's details, and thats it. The store will get an SMS with all the details on how to join the network. It is instantaneous.
