  awful company. Purchased a phone which took 2 weeks to arrive had it for a month before it broke sent it back to them almost 4 weeks ago and still havent had it back. Their communication is appalling!!! wouldn't even give them 1 star. Would rather have my money back than have them even return the phone now.

  Brought a phone from these guys for my daughter for Christmas didn't charge. Emailed them and was very impressed with how fast they came back and how quick they got the problem sorted.all postage was free. Shouldn't had a problem with the phone in the first place . But sorted it asap.
