D18 fixed. Got this drone 2 weeks ago and it didn't take pictures or video with my S10+. It was my first drone purchase. I contacted the manufacturer and told them. They said they would look in to it and keep me informed. This is exactly what they did, checked, acknowledged the problem, worked on the fix and have uploaded it, keeping me updated all the time with many emails. The software now works perfectly. Customer service is measured when there are problems, they have done a professional job.
