After signing up for the service, I discovered that my phone isn't compatible. Talked to customer service who told me that it works with all Android phones. NOT TRUE! I have an LG Tribute Dynasty, OS 7.1, and its IMEI is not compatible. Trying to be issued a refund has been a major pain in the rump today. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP!!!!!!
