  Ah, you might want to check dates and wording on the positive reviews here. When I started with PP years ago, they were the only affordable option to use the Verizon network. Once PP was bought out a few years back by some French company, customer service evaporated. Idiots man the lines, telling you to reset your phone, get new sim cards, etc when the problem is on their end. Want to change a payment method? Good luck with that, it has to be done through a rep. Want to change auto billing? C

  App just stops working for no apparent reason. Little circle progress meter just turns round and round. No access to my account info. App and the service sucks. I pay 55 dollars a month for 4g LTE speeds. I get 1 mb to 2 mb per second during the day. At night speed a a bit faster. During the day just browsing the internet is annoying.
