  There is nothing like customer service on this app. You order one day morning, a delivery boy knocks ur door next day. And there isn't any tracking where one can see, when the order will be delivered. There is a number given on the app, irrespective of how many time u call, they won't take the call. Done, with this app. Deleting for once and forever.

  Its better to Call water Guys locally as they have an app which isn't completely helpful. Inspite of online payments the i had to shell out cash to the delivery Guys as requested by the Proprietor. There is no Transparency, they do not keep inventory updated in App. I ordered for Paaniwala Bottles and they called saying Its not available, so take Aqua or Bislery. The worst part is they dont trust you've paid online, everytime we have to speak to the main Guy Mayur for confirming. Bad Exp
