Please note: You need a PTA-Membership to access this app.
The PTA-Program is a personal customized nutritional and training
plan that provides you all the necessary guidelines to achieve your
fitness goals. Your PTA-Program is stored in your personal account
in our online-portal. Use our PTA-Program app for:
- Looking into your PTA-Program
- Tracking your daily nutrition and physical activities
- Tracking your body measurements
- Looking into our many examples of healthy meals
- Looking into our many examples of training programs
- Participating in our online club community
- Communicating with your Online Coach
- Booking Personal Training sessions in our online agenda

It is possible to start right away on the next working day with
Personal Training and/or with an Online Coach! Ultimately within
five working days your PTA-Program is being placed in your account.
