'Tel PRA' is complaint portal application developed by Punjab Revenue Authority to facilitate Tax Payers in order to register their complaints, feedback and concerns regarding service providers businesses and department. PRA intends to provide ease of doing business to service providers community and facilitate tax payers to ensure their tax be collected by the government.
