  What's the whole point of the sleeping bear laying on the pile of cash at the bottom of the screen with what appears to be ghosts. It constantly causes the app to stall and glitch and it's the reason why I no longer use this lottery app. It so funny how a pointless thing unnecessary things messes up the whole app think smarter next time designing this.

  I'm not a big review guy. GARBAGE I generally only rate things when they are absolutely impressively wonderful or impressively horrible. GARBAGE This app, out of the gate, is garbage. GARBAGE I just wasted precious moments of my life changing passwords, confirming they are correct on the NY Collect and Win website, and then repeatedly being disappointed. GARBAGE I can't log in with my perfectly good web account info. GARBAGE Because I already wasted so much time, I am now going to go back and write "garbage" in outrage caps in between all the sentences in this review to help get my point across. GARBAGE For the sake of Gosh, if we're going to waste money on this tax on the poor, they could at least make it easier. GARBAGE By the way, they have an extended play app as well. GARBAGE You can play lame games to win diamonds which they claim you can use to win prizes, though they don't tell you how. GARBAGE Time to "garbage" this thing up! GARBAGE
