  This app wont let me get past, allow access to my photos, documents etc. This is appalling. Three days of subscribing. Three days of trying to read the paper and phone calls to the office. After reading all the other reviews. The same stock reply. Trying on two different devices and two servers, I have now waited more than 26 mins for somebody to answer the phone. I give up and will cancel my subscription. I wonder how long that will take me.☹

  I subscribed to digital news for about 12 months or more until suddenly it wouldn't let me sign in anymore. I contacted support who had computer support send me messages of how to fix it. Enable cookies..done. Find hamburger..go to Firefox do this do that. For heavens sake unless a person is computer say or just out of school and knows this stuff!!!! I should be able to download the App like I did in the first place and read the news. How about you fix your App instead of me fix my phone!

  Download newspapers only to have it come up with download from cloud icon again and again. Sometimes I manage to download and start reading today's paper only for it to then disappear when I go offline. So much for read the paper anywhere. Not a reliable app.

  I love Pie

  A year since I wrote this comment and still has the same issuse, waste of money. This app is designed to get people to go and buy the print version. My nearest shop is an hour round trip and some day's its less mucking around just to do the drive. Thanks newscorp or should i say bastards incorporated.
