  Non existing customer service and this is unfortunate for people paying premium, good luck trying to reach out to them. If it was advertised that it could be taking 5 days to log an item and more than a week to prepare a shipment, I'm sure most people would be looking elsewhere. Worse still, my pending shipping request of a single item is still pending for a week now and I have no idea when it'll be processed.

  The app has worked so far and is very easy to use, there are two problems though. Customer support has been unreachable for an entire week while using various channels. Also, urgent handling does not affect the shipping time, I have placed two shipping requests with urgent handling with different addresses. Neither have been shipped at corresponding time, after a week I decided to submit a new one. Still hasnt shipped 24 hours after submiting the request. I would like customer support to respond

  Customer service is so bad now with MyUs, not the same as before.......i chose the option to take advanced photos and i need to cancel that option but cant do that, been sending emails for days No reply at all, tried calling no answer, tried live chat no response there either. I am stuck, cant ship out my items and no one answers....dont know what to do !!!!!!!!!!!! Sooo frustrating. Hamad albader

  Works quite well. Perfect for quickly checking packages and scheduling a delivery. Sadly, not always as convenient as the web site (i.e. comparing costs for different shipping options)

  constant login errors and no option for marking fragile items 1 star. Update.. changing to 4 stars.. uninstall first the old app then reinstall. Much better than clicking the update button. 4 stars.
