  Worst app ever sometimes when you switch your plan it dont go though have to call them if you screw up your pin have to call them if it logs you out and you forget your password user name and go to forget password they dont text it back i would give this app a zero star review but it dont go that low used to be good but for the pass 3 months this apps been pissing me off

  Absolute trash. Works 2% of the time, always says your password is wrong, go to 'forgot password,' says your phone number doesn't exist. Try customer support? Have to listen to 30 minutes of "why don't you try our app! It works 100% of the time!" The one time it worked, it took the money but did pay the bill. Try to contact the fraud department, on hold for an hour then get disconnected. TRASH

  Why didn't I get my sim I ordered another sim but I haven't received it yet it's been around a month I sent msg after message and called twice there always having internet issues and say call back also I tried putting chatr on payee list on my bank and they can't find any company so what's up with that. Tired of trying.

  I agree with all the other reviews, this app does not work. Wouldn't accept passwords etc. Who cares what it looks like visually Fix it Frustrated and angry

  Horrible if I could give zero I would.. Manuel- everytime I try to reset my password it says the session has timed out...why?! I have tried so many times..I just had surgery on Monday and can't get to a store to top up and I can't top up this way either.. and I've tried countless times to get into the app to no avail.
