  My Firstmedia app crashed all time when I tried to open it after update to ver 4.0.1...now has been fixed with ver 4.0.2

  Crash everytime I choose "troubleshooting" in my Samsung Note 10+. Doesn't matter I connected via other network or FM network, it crashed. Also the bell when the app opened is annoying, cannot be muted.
