MY CLEAN CITY: This is a unique mobile application developed to build a bridge between authority concerned and citizen to share and solve the road related / environment related problems. With the help of this unique app citizen can inform the authority on the problem that they have come across almost in real time, from the other direction the authority would be able to receive complaints and assign it to the officer concerned. Over all with the help of this application citizens and authority can maintain their roads and keep environment clean.

As Mysuru is a growing city for every other day road and environment management has become a Herculean task to the authorities concerned. But the increasing road and environment management problems may be a hindrance to the MCC.
Till date mostly it is the government authority which usually takes care of all the measures pertaining to road and environment problems. And it is facing difficulty to just find out the problems. Whereas MY CLEAN CITY paves way for every citizen to actively participate in finding out the problem and solving out the said problems by bring the same to the notice to the authorities concerned. Here the risk part of the MSS is minimized at the same time the citizens may also discharge their duty of social responsibility.

How it works:
I. With the help of the proposed all-in-one mobile application developed for Municipal Corporation or any other authority, Citizens would be able to fetch details about roads which are maintained by the particular municipal corporation or any other authority which adapts this system.
II. Citizens would be able to lodge complaints about the problems related to roads a) pot –holes b) broken roads c) damaged or unmanaged street lamps d) damaged sewage pipes e) damaged waterlines f) garbage dump g) road assets theft h) dead animals etc… in real time and mark the same on Google map inside the app.
III. See the lodged problems related to roads like a) pot –holes b) broken roads c) damaged or unmanaged street lamps d) damaged sewage pipes e) damaged waterlines f) garbage dump g) road assets theft h) dead animals etc… on Google map inside the app.
IV. Get important location details shared by the authority such as E-Toilets, regional offices etc... And get driving assistance from Google inside the app.
V. View statistics of the complaints assigned to the authority, solved cases and pending cases.
VI. Notification as soon the problem is solved (work is done). User can inspect the solved problem attended by the authority or contractor and give rating about the work done. User can also re open the issue if not satisfied with the work done.
VII. With the help of sophisticated dashboard provided to the authority almost all the things are automated. As soon as the complaints arise will be assigned to the department concerned automatically. With the unique project management built-in system the solved problems will be removed from the map within the app automatically. However user can also delete the solved problem.
VIII. Geo fencing facility available in the backend of the app authority will receive the complaints which fall within their working area only. Thus it doesn’t have any problem which we now face in Swachch Bharat APP.
