Description of My ALAZEN-HR

My ALAZEN-HR app allows Employees of PIH Organization to have secured access to most self-service functions. The app will allow the employees to:
- View and update personal information
- View employment details during the employee’s tenure.
- View Leave balances by different Leave types (annual, sick)
- Apply for leaves and get it electronically approved
- View historical Absences
- Apply for Exit Permit and get it electronically approved.
- View and action workflow notifications with pending counts
- View their team details
- Conduct Manager self-service on behalf of the employees for leaves & exit permits
The app is available on all major device types and can be accessed anywhere and anytime. The app will also ensure security privileges as per the existing user rights on Alazen.
The app follows the state-of-the-art material design and hence is intuitive, easy to use and consistent.
The app will be continually updated and many more features on the way soon!
