• Park your vehicle in an open area with ample sunlight
• Start recording the video - as guided
• Take photos- as guided
• Submit the inspection
• Our team will process the inspection in 1 hour
• Make a payment from the link received
• Policy Issued
Required Permission
• Camera/Storage - To capture photo and video in order to upload your inspection
• Location – For timestamp with location over the image as watermark
• Microphone – To capture the audio along with the video recording

  The app is waste, had to install multiple times before i could use the record the video and submit the same. After submission, no one contacted me from hdfcergo.. And the customer care number never connected.. Pathetic company.. Now I will have to switch the insurance provider... Do not take insurance from hdfc ergo...

  Unable to complete inspection, getting error "Cannot proceed with inspection" post entering the reference id. Have shared the relevant details on 28th July 2020, however haven't received any response yet from customer care
