  This app will check for see if a ticket is a winning or losing one. It's only good for that.one cannot enter losing, oh, pardon me, "non winning" tickets into the app for second chance drawings and prize points. So, it's not a very useful app .EDIT: this app in not reliable! Do not trust it to check tickets, if you happen to scan a ticket before the draw date, it reports "not a winner" rather than "draw has not occurred, not yet a winner" or similar. Really, be careful.

  The scanner is really bad. Barely even doesn't even work.

  It's a great app. Scanning tickets takes time sometimes for it to scan them. Love how accurate it is though!! The only thing I would love to have in it would be second chance! Like California Lottery!
