Aussi l’application mobile vous fournit un centre d’information contenant :
- Des documents téléchargeables
- Les prestataires partenaires
- Les pièces administratives
Et enfin, via MODEP SMART UP, vous serez notifié de toute nouveauté, que ça soit pour le suivi de vos dossiers personnels ou bien pour des informations et actualités générales concernant l’activité de votre Mutuelle.
Pour créer votre compte, remplissez les champs requis :
. Le NAX : les derniers 6 chiffres du numéro d’immatriculation
. Le N° de la CIN (les 2 premières lettres en majuscule)
. Le numéro de téléphone (celui communiqué à la mutuelle)
. L’identifiant (pour se connecter) est rempli automatiquement par le Nax mais vous pouvez le modifier
. Saisissez deux fois le mot de passe

To create your account, fill in the required fields:
. The NAX: the last 6 digits of the registration number
. The number of the CIN (the first 2 letters in capital letters)
. The telephone number (the one communicated to the mutual society)
. The identifier (to connect) is filled automatically by the Nax but you can modify it
