The Lucky Mobile My Account App is available to Lucky Mobile customers.
This app lets you manage your Lucky Mobile services right from your phone. It works on the Lucky Mobile network and on any Wi-Fi network. Using the app does not require data – you do however need data or a Wi-Fi connection to download the app.
What you can do with the app:
• Easily access your services – no username or password required if you are on the Lucky Mobile network
• Register for Automatic Top-Up
• Top-Up your account with a credit card, Visa Debit card or Top-Up Card
• Monitor your usage
• Manage your Add-Ons
• Check your balance and see your payment history
• Reset your voicemail password
And much more
Requirements:
• Must be a Lucky Mobile customer
• Available on Android 6.0 or a more recent OS version

    Would like to be able to purchase more data TODAY, not when my billing cycle resets. No customer service lines? Thisnis garbage. There is no text message that came saying I could purchase more data, the only thing that comes is the reminder one-week before my monthly mill cycle ends. There is nothing that easily let's me be able to continue with the data plan that I have and add more BEFORE the next billing cycle. I have been withiut 3g data for almost 12 days with no customer service contact.

    As far as I'm concerned this app works great plus it's fast to open and it keeps track of my data usage so I can always make sure I don't run out b4 the next month. Thanks

    Always unable to top-up from my smartphone, it requires me to login to laptop everytime.

    It's not helping me with the problem of I paid now can't use data.i dontnl have a contract when I don't renew I get 2000 emails..not good

    Just started with Lucky and so for I'm impressed. Phone plans are so cheap compared to the Big Guy's. Plus I just received my free $20 Dollarama gift Card via email today. Pay $4 for the SIM card at Dollarama and your second top-up completion, free Gift Card, Thanks Lucky Mobile, keep it up lol
