  1. Ward Councilor contact detail presented should prefer email. Ie councilor "contact number" option should be last resort, and not default choice. 2. LINK mapping of infrastructure etc faults is important. REQUESTS: a) Overlay the existing local municipal "road light pole map", zoomed in on the appropriate location, when identifying location of problem, before and during confirmation, when the option to report "lights out" is selected. This would be handy. b) Supply fault report codes.

  Love the idea of the app and will try to use it even though our area looks pretty dead (Tzaneen). One thing I must say is, the UX of this app is horrible. it's difficult to navigate because the app doesn't apply any of the android design guidelines. I felt completely lost using this app for the first time. There should be a single screen for linking stuff, currently it's just all over the place...
