  The fact that I need an app to view my results at all is ridiculous. I had to delete an app I use often so that I could download an app that is user UNfriendly and which I'm going to use once and then delete. Just make a web app! I'm sure that some marketing team at Lancet thought this was a great idea - and now the rest of us have to put up with it. On top of all of that, I can't make an account off of my ID number.

  Would be nice if I could add rest of my family members. I have to delete app reinstall then log in via their details. These is space for patients but how to add .... Also seems the app is only way to log in as there is no web option?

  Works well, takes some time to update. I cannot load more than one patient, so if I want to jumo between results for me and my children, I have to uninstall and re install every time as I also cannot log in as another user

  Did tests for myself and kids it won't allow me to go back and check other results, keeps reverting back to my status report😭

  Useless people at lancet. They uploaded the numbers they got from medical insurance and not the numbers I filled in the form. This is so ridiculous since I cant access my results due to this mishap done by whoever's captured my info now I'm not certain whether to travel to go fetch my kid or not and they didn't even bother to answer their phones

  I cant even register on the app.. Once i put in my ID number it wants to verify by smsing or calling a number that is not mine. After waiting 3 hours for a covid test today and then the app not working i dont have much faith in lancet overall at the moment..
