  Attempted to connect through WiFi to my lg soundbar, app keeps asking to uncheck smart network switch to mobile. My new pixel 5 and old pixel 3xl do not have this option in the phone settings. App unable to progress past few this. Very disappointed

  I am so impressed with my 1500 euro soundbar, but if i could give the supporting app a -5 star i would. What is the point when it wont connect to the soundbar? I cant change any settings or set up the rear speakers properly without it!!! FIX UR APP LG or im returning the soundbar!!

  App provides a lot of functions when connected successfully to the speakers. But most of the time the app shows no speakers found. It takes multiple pull-down refreshes to find the connected speakers around. Moreover the app UI is so stale or old that I would like to avoid using the app. 2 features I would request is to provide the tone control of speakers and controlling rear speakers volume separately.

  Every time I want to reconnect I cannot find the soundbar. Needs to reset soundbar WiFi and re set up everything from scratch again. Useless app.

  Worked the first day, now doesn't connect to the sg11 speaker. However its connected to wifi as Google assistant works and the Google home app can see and control the speaker. Yet the lgwifi all says no speaker found on network. If Google home can see it then it means it is there. App is faulty. Needs fixing.
