  Using ES-F300D very please with product and app. Can you please add some setting features to the app? Would be good to set these without taking the cover and pressing button inside. - Turn ON/OFF auto-lock - Schedule Auto/Manual locking - Add/Remove user fingerprint

  Always failed to connect.At one time, can connect then tried again few days later, it doesnt connect. Tried changing the bridge nearer to my door, also cant connect. Troublesome.

  I can't even sign up!!! Every time I enter my phone number to receive a confirmation text it doesn't send!!! How can I use this app without signing up properly?!?!

  2/22/19 When this thing works, it's great, but it's very glitchy. I never know if my lock is going to work until I pull into the driveway. The latest update seems to have messed up bluetooth connecting in some way. One thing I would really like to request is the ability to set a longer opening time so I don't have to race to the door. 3/23/20 and it still hasn't improved. The app is very random and unreliable. The lock itself is great. The app needs a major update.
