  I love the app! but there is only one problem, i can not earn the heart scan badge. I have downloaded to multiple devices and i still cannot earn the last badge! so can somebody please help me get it or tell me what to do.

  My son was so devastated he couldn't do any of the interactive games. It kept telling me my phone isn't compatible. He was able to complete everything but the one badge. He was so excited after the school assembly to download the app and create his own heart hero, until he couldn't even participate in that part.

  All is fine except for scanning. The kids are upset because they have to turn in their stuff tomorrow but won't get their Finn badge because of the app. Not fair to the kids that this feature still has not been fixed!

  This app has been great for my girl they have really interacted with it the first day the were excited to by Perri they could not wait to be Knox the were surprise on why it is important to keep your heart healthy and happy I can't wait for them to keep donating money to the kids heart challenge and getting more prizes thank cook for helping the kids heart challenge and everyone else who decided to attend

  How is a kid supposed to play the games and earn hearts if they don't work? Can't use the camera to scan the foods and the character to finish the mission. Missing out on even more pounts. The points competition is unfair. I have android 6.0, says it should work but doesn't. HELP!
