Lock the bike manually and park in a nearby, public area.
Payment : To use our service, pay your desired amount to Jo sales agent in service areas & recharge your jo balance via QR recharge system.

  Very bad GPS. Most of The time map out of network and can't locate bycycles.

  GPS or map showing doesn't work on the app. After locking a cycle, sometimes the app shows the cycle is still running and it charges balance. Again, there is no option for report or communicating with authority to report any problem.

  Poor service, all time no charge.. No charge.. Brake is not working... Banani field staff behaviour bad... Time calculation is not accurate between stop and result.... Hope you will develop this issues...

  Helpline number doesn't response to you in case of your any emergency. I have worst experience during this riding in Gulshan. There are some other disadvantages: No clear instructions from the agents Not connected to bkash apps, only agent related recharge
