  Never stays connected to camera. The app says its a network error. However, I maintain my home network regularly and its not on the network side. It only reconnects after continually powering down/unplugging the camera which is plugged in in my attic. They need to fix the reconnection issues asap. If they don't I will review the whole company and buy new equipment.

  Pairing the cameras is a pain in the neck. The binding unsuccessful definably needs help. One of my cameras never binded once it was installed outside. It takes to long to open the cameras to view what's goin on live. It gets to 30% and hangs. SMH

  Why can't I get this downloaded to be able to run my cams? I have tried over 20 times. All brand new from Amazon prime n just received everything 4 days ago.

  Initial install of the app on android phone works great. But once you close the app and go to use it again it opens and closes on it's own. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to work.

  Horrible! Doesnt work! It keeps saying camera isnt connected when it is, nothing loads to view alerts. Wont buy one of these cameras again!

  I can't log in, it says no network connection. Why? Everything else is connected. I even uninstalled and reinstalled. What's wrong? It did work before....
