3 steps to save one picture / video.
1. First, open the application InstaSave
2. Open your Insta , choose Share on the photos or videos you want to save, then choose to copy to the clipboard, you can save multiple photos / videos at one time
3. Open the InstaSave, save photos / videos you want to save, swipe left / right to delete
