  The horrible support customer service. Iam facing issues with my wifi adaptor settings and there is no support from the customer number provided that is. HP support app is worst app support they don't provide. #Plsdontbuyhplaptop there's is wifi adaptor hotspot issue that can't be resovled from home in this pandemic undermines.

  Worst forever. It never works. HP service is for nominal. For the sake of service only they provide service numbers. If you wanna lodge a complaint it takes nearly 45 minutes. Finally they'll register complaint only but your problem will not fix.

  Worst laptop I ever use , it is less than 1 year of purchasing but getting hang and slow. I contact to support and customer care. I purchased recovery window and installed as advised by customer care but it dint work. Now I m contacting customer care and support but they are not responding. I have another laptop of different brand which is 7 yrs old but working good and this hp is just 1 year despite in extended warranty but working worst. It's really irritating. Never buy HP

  Run in the opposite direction if you see HP anywhere. They are daylight robbers. The products would never last. And their service team is basically there only to tell you that your problem doesn't get covered under warranty. Also, once billed, they will do everything in their power to ensure you can't return the product. They will make refund impossible and blame you for that. They will make you beg them for your own money. Go for Dell instead. A lot more trust in their service and products.
