Delhi’s ‘Hop-on-Hop-off Bus’ popularly known as HOHO Bus service was implemented on a PPP model by Delhi Government’s DTTDC (Delhi Tourism and Transportation Development Corporation) & with the buses being operated by Purple UMTC Transit Pvt. Ltd. – a joint venture of Prasanna Purple Mobility Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and Urban Mass Transit Company Ltd.

XIX Commonwealth Games, New Delhi
Taking the Hop-On Hop-Off bus is an interesting and convenient way of experiencing what the Capital has to offer. HOHO buses run across Delhi, covering some of its best tourist attractions—monuments,museums, galleries, gardens, shopping malls, and markets.

    The service is not worth the price it charges to every customer (charge is Rs 500 for 1 day, and Rs 600 for 2 days, excluding the charges of site visits). The pickup place is not clear. Even the pickup time is not clear. Sometimes it's too early, sometimes too late. They don't even have wait time at each site. The customer is expected to arrive at the pickup point all by themselves should they not miss the bus, at the time which is not strictly followed. Pathetic service!!

    The app is good and useful. But the pickup points have to be updated. It shows the wrong pickup points. I have waited for long time in a pickup point that has showed in this map after i missed the last bus from a stop. I called a cab and waited for long time in a nearest pickup point. So i lost to see some place and my time has also waisted. So please update the pickup point. I think this app can be improved by showing the time and arrival of the bus, also include the current place of the hoho bus. It will be more useful to the customers to get on time and on correct pickup point.
