  Worse than older version, not user friendly, lost all records & rewards, unable to synchronize with existing account, need to do reregistration again... Member rewards unavailable since 1st Jan 2020, untill now still in the mist of upgrading membership rewards program, still ask member to stay tune...??? Is GSC going to do any improvement or upgrade on your apps? Seems like do nothing... Better use TGV apps than GSC apps... GCS, do u care? Are u aware? Your compatitor doing much better!

  Recent update is terrible, only capable to search now showing movies. App auto-roll pictures are always bad for low-end user, increase ram usage and CPU usage. Which will decrease users for this kind of experience, don't have to renew UI every time. Clean and clear direction UI and low storage size, that's what we asking for. Usefulness before fanciness, I hope next time I can write an appreciate review. No blame, just make it better. Please.

  The previous version with the simpler interface was so much better to navigate. This new update's UI is horrible. Everything is so complicated that trying to buy movie tickets takes way too long. Bring back the old UI please. We want a practical and easy to use app, not this uber fancy schmancy app where I almost bought the wrong movie tickets more than once because of the sluggish & laggish UI. Don't make things more complicated than it needs to be. We just want convenience.

  The new update is the worst ever experience. The old version is so perfect. I can easily watch the movie trailer. Can easily make payment choose cinema. Now i dunno whats going on. And its mix with the ads and the movie poster? Keep going ~ 1st u will lose 50% online purchaser. Because of this i go for TGV. U made it ! Proud of u. Keep going !

  I have been trying to avoid this by going to counter. First time using this app, mobile apps isnt new thing in this age. Surprisingly, a non user friendly app still exist, and it is made by such a great company, very old app interface in this era. This is rather non competitive and moving backwards. Good luck gsc! Uninstalled until next time.
