  You will have to mute when the ads come on. Some of them are up to 15 decibels louder than the show you were watching. I contacted global directly about this issue and was told that they can't control the volume of the ads. I call BS

  I used to love this app. Now it takes forever to open and when it does, I can't log in because my service provider won't show up. In fact, nothing shows up! It needs to be fixed, ASAP!!

  Attempted to watch something, but was only allowed to watch about 20 mins of it. "Something went wrong" is the message I receive—even after closing and restarting app. Additionally, the app has a very noticeable lag to it. If I was able to stream this from any other app, I would be deleting the global app immediately.

  Brutal! I'm subscribed to channels through Bell and I can't get them through the app. Can't skip ads... Ads volume is about 2x the volume level of the show in watching

  Constantly crashes when using chromecast. It gets stuck at ads. Also, some ads are way louder than the show to the point that it is disturbing and not just annoying.

  Before global tv became one app, I could watch all regular global shows from my tablet without the shows ever becoming locked after so many days. I try to log in with my service provider, Bell, and it does not unlock programs. Very frustrating and I don't like it!
