Will not connect to my android phone no matter what I do. It just keeps searching but never finds the box which is less that 1 metre away from my phone

Worked superbly with humax. Cannot connect with Arris, dreadful. Updated to latest version September 2020. Recording still doesn't sync to arris 4k box. Still dreadful.

Most recent update works with Arris box but will not switch to required channel via icon in TV guide. This function worked on the Humax boxes but after waiting so long for an update it's disappointing that the release is still half baked.

Very useful but it’s really annoying because when setting a week's programmes it keeps reverting to the current day. It’s still doing this but now it’s gone very wrong. I’ve got a sort of split screen with 2/3 showing some of the guide and 1/3 a small part of the guide. It’s now very hard to use so I try to avoid it. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it’s the same. Please fix this before I abandon it completely!!
