  my phone & this FreedomPop app r still dead after 5 months! It stopped working after a April, 2020 forced automatic update. No major problems b4 that! Email tech support was somewhat responsive but totally worthless & now there's no tech support at all unless you pay 4 it! The new app versions r completely useless & crash immediately. I guess it's because my phone is Android v4.4, which I can not upgrade. So either fix it or tell us what minimum version Android is needed, FreedomPop developers!

  Hasn't worked in months. Instead of Freedom pop app I use Google Hangouts dialer. The data still works, but keeping your top-up balance is a royal pain. You have to sign on and reactivate it every 30 days.

  Super dope service but not for the faint for heart! Gets some getting use to with all the addons but once its working it works! I dont quite understand the mins vs data because its technically all data

  Just a little awkward not using phone dialer application. Have to go into FreedomPop app to dial out. Incoming calls on my phone won't display on locked screen,have to unlock when ringing.

  This app WILL work, however, it's not for folks who aren't tech savvy. You must enable all app permissions as well as notifications in each category, as well as enabling popups. Config channel needs to be active with the symbol in the status bar, or else you won't get some notifications. Be aware that on Android 10, it will not wake the screen when the screen is off. You'll need to turn sound on. Also, set up the app while on cellular data. Otherwise calls will not work when you're off wifi.
