Footprints is a composite seven chapter book. The introductory part briefly takes the reader through the fundamentals of Literature as a subject. The first chapter features William Shakespeare's Othello. The text is presented in a simple, plain language and multiple choice questions are provided with answers alongside. Chapter two takes care of African Drama while Chapter Three deals with Non-African Drama. Chapter four provides insight into African Prose while Non-African Prose texts are featured in Chapter Five. African Poetry as recommended in the harmonized syllabus aforementioned are adequately analyzed in Chapter Six and the last Chapter features Non-African Poetry.
