  I liked it, but little problem is when taking the order to the customer it'll sometimes not explain what apartment or hotel they're in, and it's sometimes Google map doesn't take you the right direction a little, but the good thing is contacting the customer helps to know where they're at, I do hope this app gets more improved in the future to be the best delivery app there is

  This app continues to get worse. I've had 2 order pickups now that have already been picked up and now I've been locked out of the app until tomorrow and cant get any resolve! The fleet "support" is non existent and getting a solution is next to impossible. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM PISTMATES FLEET!!!!

  The app actually deserves way more, but this ONE particular issue is what gave it 2 stars. While waiting for deliveries, sometimes I like to browse the internet, listen to music or maybe watch a little TV while waiting. EVERY single time I minimize the app, it puts me "offline" Which is seriously annoying. That is SO stupid that we are forced to have the app open while waiting several mins to several hours waiting for deliveries. The app should be able to run in the background just fine.

  Great app. Able to work independently. It's quite a bit more consistent than when I started (4/19). I usually end up doing 10/15 per day. Will give more 🌟 when I don't have to wake up at midnight to be busy all day. I love the freedom I have doing this.

  The app used to tell you to potential amount you would make on each order and how far so you could decide if you wanted to accept the order. All of the other delivery driving apps provide this info. It also does not open right away so it causes you to miss the order before you even open the app. I would love to continue delivering for Postmates however the other apps are so much easier to use.

  It's been days, still no activation text... No way to get my money. First time out. 4 orders, pickup GPS inaccurate, drop-off GPS inaccurate (both off by a minimum of 200 feet) McDonald's put the drink inside the bag without a holder- it spilt, return and exchange. No tips on any. $14.70 in 2 hours, $8 of gas used, miles on car added etc. No one in their right mind should ever deliver. There should be a Class-Action Lawsuit against the company.
