Description of FieldSense

FieldSense is a simple and intuitive field-force efficiency platform that lets your team get more done - from the field! Combined with a powerful web dashboard, the FieldSense app provides a number of convenient tools and workflows that boost the productivity of field teams while the web-app gives managers an effective engagement and reporting system.
FieldSense is a business application meant to be used by organizations in order to streamline their field operations. FieldSense captures the location information of the field users during their working hours and converts the data into informative reports thus helping the management in making informed business decisions.
FieldSense uses the location information to let the field users carry out multiple field activities like punching in and punching out, adding new customers, checking in and checking out of visits, submitting forms, and claim expense reimbursements for the exact distance travelled. These expense claims get authenticated by the management by looking at the travel data of the field users. It also allows the field managers to check where their field users are at any point of time. All these obviously requires the app to capture their location data throughout the day and to do so the location service has to be enabled and running in the background even when the app is not in use.
FieldSense starts using the location information only after the user punches in (within the app) and stops using it on punch out. We don’t advertise, either ourselves or any third party, in any version of our app including the free version.

• FieldSense provides a convenient expense reimbursement workflow that allows Field Force to submit their expense claims from the app, notifies managers with relevant information for approving or rejecting the claim and lets the field force check the status of their claims on the app.
• The FieldSense Web Dashboard gives a convenient overview of the current location of the field force, routes travelled and pertinent information on their day’s schedule and accomplishments.
