Feedback is an app for restaurants owners to collect customer feedback via smart phones. The app has a simple entry form and summary area where user can view the feedback results in graphical format. The version of the app works in standalone environment.
To use the app user has to register him/her self first, then app will allow the user to login into it for any further actions.
I have added two more report sections "About Food" and "About Place".
