During your visit in the park you can see the current queueing times and start times of our shows. Don’t forget: You have to agree to using GPS in order to be located.

What's New with Europa-Park & Rulantica 10.9.0

Ed Euromaus and Snorri have been busy testing the Europa-Park and Rulantica App and discovered some small bugs, that will be fixed with this new update.
With the new version, you further have the possibility to buy the Europa-Park ResortPass, the new annual pass of the Europa-Park Resort, and the view it at any point in your profile.
The app is now ready to be your trusted companion again during your Europa-Park and Rulantica visit.

  Impressively bad app. Virtual Line is not even working half of the time. You can scan several tickets in one app, but then you can't book virtual line for several tickets... *facepalm *

  Waiting times where not accurate at all. Everything is more expensive than usual (no 2day pass) app didn't work at all. Ticket was scanned but not valid. Virtual Line was not available the whole day. Half of the stores /restaurants are closed and all the people are much more crowdet than usual. Wouldn't go again to the park this year

  the renewed app lacks some usefull features that were previously available, like tracking your group. the in-park detection is more than unreliable and the user interface is all over the place. virtual line seems to be a PR stunt only, given that the assigned queue capacity is almost inexistent. edit: virtual line waiting times improved significantly in the last few weeks.

  Nice app, with useful Info, easy to use. Why 2 stars? the virtual line part does not work. We enter 5 tickets and the ticket mgt is randomly forgeting... We enter 5 and we had 3 in the mgt, re-entered the 2, went to the manager part, only one was shown... We managed to make a reservation (for 3, no way to have more) waited an hour and the reservation had dissappeared just before giving the ticket. And then, assuming that it could had worked, there is a limit of 5 tickets.. We were 6 (4 kids)

  It's a good idea but doesn't really work. It said I wasn't in the park even though I was and it would always shut down when I tried to open the map.

  Great park, very poor app. Most of the time the waiting times don't work, virtual line didn't work, and the map doesn't show your location.
