The given DGFT mobile application is integrated with the DGFT website and provides the following features.
1. Exporters can use their https://dgft.gov.in credentials to login and view their IEC details or track the status of submitted applications (IEC should be linked to your user profile).
2. Search and View your Issued Authorisations (IEC should be linked to your user profile).
3. Get personalised alerts on submitted applications.
4. Helpdesk Services - Check the status of logged tickets or log a new one.
5. Real-time alerts and view of Trade Notices, Notifications, Public Notices, and Circulars released on our official website (https://dgft.gov.in).
6. Easily searchable digitized Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) and Handbook of Procedures (HBP).
7. Search Product Information - Import and Export Policy Details.
8. Ask Virtual Assistant - Ask policy related queries from our chatbot.
