  My biggest gripe: the app is unreliable when trying to unlock a bike. My latest encounter: a loading spinner spins, disappears, my bank app alerts me I've been charged the $20 deposit, but the app doesn't advance to the next screen. Try tapping continue again, another charge but still no unlock code or any kind of feedback. Restart the app try again: same thing. I've had similar issues in the past unlocking bikes. I don't trust this app to work when I need it to.

  The extra charges for the day pass should be stated more clearly. I paid for a day pass and went on an hour and a half ride. On top of the base fee I accumulated extra charges because only the first 30 minutes are free. Uninstalling

  App was down without explanation. Was forced to take public transit.

  Since the new update I can't unlock the bike via digit code anymore. Absolutely terrible for me, because I don't have internet. I used my wifi at home and walked to the bike station or I used the wifi at a subway station. I don't like it anymore.
