Description of Console App

Console App is your property management companion when you’re on the go. Access up-to-date tenant and landlord information for routine inspections, without having to step foot in the office.
You can carry out inspections seamlessly with or without having internet connection onsite - your data will be safe with us and will be available in Cloud once your internet connection is restored. Where an internet connection isn’t available, your inspection information is stored and available when you’re back online, simple as that.
The Console App allows Property Managers to:
- View all upcoming inspections
- Plan their route for the day, anytime, anywhere
- Access property, owner, and tenant details all in one place
- Take photos, add comments and ratings while at the premises
- Raise and access maintenance requests
