Application helps lazy officer to fill up Compass Observation Book. STCW Convention required that standard compass error is to determined at least once a watch and, when possible, after any major alteration of course. Especially when no time but determination should be done you can enter fake data in required fields and get compass error to fill up COB. Enjoy
I'm not guarantee that it's properly working on all supported devices(regarding UI / User Interface/). Application was tested on HTC One, Galaxy Ace, HTC Sensation and on android emulator. Any problem with UI please send report with screenshot and model of device.
