  The app was good before. But now i cannot use trip planner. It says (service unavailable at this location) even if i mark on the bus stop. Please fix this. Im using Samsung note 9.

  It always says no nearby bus stop even if I am standing on bus stop. bus on route 40A doesnt never show in app even if its running. need more buses of 40A

  It used to be one of the most useful apps in Kuwait. However, not only is OTM is taking forever, the app is completely useless since the last update, except for manually seeing bus stops on the map. I hope that this can be fixed soon and my rating will change when it does.

  Most of the time, the app didn't run properly. Some of the drivers didn't stop on the proper bus stops even if you're waving at them.

  Great initiative but Very poorly maintained app. Half of the time it features doesnt work. If the app works properly all the time then its a great app.
