Canvas Parent is designed to provide visibility into your child's education at a glance. Canvas Parent allows parents to:
• View assignment descriptions and due dates
• Set reminders for assignments
• View assignment grades
• View course grades
• Set grade alerts
• View course announcements
Important: This mobile app is only usable by parents whose children attend schools that have enabled Canvas Parent.

  It is a pretty simple and savvy school app to keep track of my kids' schoolwork and keep in touch with their teachers. Useful during the current pandemic.

  Can't find any info I am looking for. No grade details. Hard to navigate to pages. Too many notifications that mean nothing. Last years app was better, could easily navigate, find grades and dates of importance.

  No way to create account. I go through all of the steps, but at the end it insists I declare myself as a student or a teacher and only allows these option of using Canvas Student app or Canvas Instructor app. What!? Useless.

  Any application that does not simply display all your child's grades and missed/completed assignments in each class by simply clicking one icon after you have logged in should be scrapped. Im logged into the Canvas Parent app and still cant see most of my child's stuff. Canvas and Edgunuity are terrible. The fact the survey is titled "share your love for Canvas" shows how out of touch the creators of this Turkey are. I gave it one star but thats too forgiving. Complete failure.
