    Not a bad app,.like how they have almagamated various programs, bit of a mixed bag of workouts, and topics that are web linked to other specialists like barbell physio and WebMD span internet connection and browser will be used. Would have preferred own material but trusted sources is good enough.

    A handy app, but I feel that including horizontal rowing progressions for structural Balance will be good. Sometimes there are 7-8 Pullup sets, which may be too much and cause overuse injuries? Sometimes the program calls almost unreal progress. For instance, on Beginner Lvl 5 Wk3, it calls for 3x17 bw pullups but 4x18 next week. I feel that using harder progressions (L Pullups etc) rather than adding weight should be considered as well. Thirdly, adding some L-Sit/HS progressions will be good.

    The "Beginner exercise are not very beginner for someone who hasn't worked out in a long time. The first two weeks of level 1 beginner are good, but after that it progresses way to waste. I find myself having to repeat weeks. It's an excellent app and I love how I dont have to make my own workouts.
