  It's being off and on during submission of observation... Needs more improvement and for 11 point of observation there is not option for Not Applicable. Developer should also keep in mind that sometime pending observation get wasted when new update appears. So kindly remove this error too. Our activities not submitted due to this error.

  Unable to send offline saved activities. The app shows networking issue, though, network is connected and mobile data is being consumed for submission of data. The update after 6 October 2020 has made the app non-functional. Kindly resolve the issue.

  Not a good experience. This app is not working properly. Every time when I sync it, it shows update the app even after updating it

  Worst App. Stops working and pops up for update. After updating, the same pop up for update shows again. Unable to send the offline data.
