Worked great til i upgraded phones, literally the same model as prior only this app wont work says its not matching info but wont let me deregister or the clinic to send a thing through to restart it and get it working on new phone

After installing and completing registration the app crashes. Continuously
crashes when trying to launch the app. The app is an amazing idea to help
people keep track of appointments BUT it doesnt work at all and is more
work than help. DONT TRY THIS APP!
