  All of my child's appointments have disappeared. The front office told me that the appointments are still there. Had me contact corporate. They told me to log out and log back in. It's still not working. I loved this app for 3 years. Not sure what is going on but it's not working anymore.

  The app is mainly to see the patient's schedule and doesn't have the options like the main site. It does give you a list of messages of every change made on the schedule but a message is created for every single change even ones you dont need. It doesn't give you an option to Select All and you have to click each message one by one to clear the message box. SUPER disappointing how frequently this app goes down when knowing the therapy schedule is so critical. Staff is great, App is terrible.
