  the video footage is freezing during the flight..the video is in the stop and go motion..and you will notice that the aircraft is disconnected on the app...i think the older version before this update is much better..it doesnot freeze or stop and go motion....i hope you can do something to correct the update....thank you...

  I dont understand the changes made in the flight logs. Before the changes I was getting normal ranges of 500 to 1000 meters with the controller. Now Im assuming that its measuring the wifi range and not the controller range. After I lose wifi range on my Bugs 4w I can continue on much further with the controller. Theres telemetry on the controller and its still recording video despite the loss of wifi. I liked it better before tbey made the changes.

  App used with bugs 4W. China and your information (not a good mix) over all it would work with note 10+ fine...... most of the time. However app will now ask for permission for phone and contacts ! If you don't allow this it won't work. I would rather keep the numbers of family and friends out of their hands so it is now rubbish. And as always with Chinese products range is less than half of what was stated batteries would only give 10 minutes max flight time.

  I have a galaxy 9+ and this app keeps saying its abnormal and kicks me out as its loading every time I try to use it and when I've used other phones they wont work the camera so please tell me how to fix this. Other than that this app really sux ass

  Since the last update on this app,it has not worked at all. Before everything was fine now all I get is it telling me device is not connected. I press the reset button it then tells me device is connected. Press to take a picture or video and am told device is not yet connected. Have reinstalled app,no difference. Drone is a 4W. Phone is Samsung A20e.

  App doesn't work well with the Galaxy Note 10+. GPS does not work on this app, and plus the maps doesn't work right. If you fix this I will consider downloading the app.
