  I had the same problem I read all over the reviews. Loading config was neverending, then updated firmware and got bluetooth not enabled error. Here's what worked for me. Updated to latest firmware. Uninstalled the Android app. Rebooted. Reinstalled app. Rebooted. Then started app. Finally worked after that. For me, the reboots were the critical parts, was perpetually getting same errors when I didn't insert the reboots between each step. Now it works like a champ. The FAQ doesn't say to reboot, just uninstall and reinstall app, but that wouldn't work for me as I tried that many times to no avail. Hope this helps others get past the frustration I had at first.

  Was working perfectly fine until their latest update. Now it states my Bluetooth is not on even though it is. And yes I have gps on as well. I also turned it off. I updated both the sniper hardware and phone. Sucks man...

  If you're having trouble connecting to it, enable your GPS as well as Bluetooth
